Service Description

Each circle blends open discussion, emotional support, breathwork, meditation and guided baby reflexology practices that parents can safely use at home. My parent-centred approach is grounded in the belief that mothers thrive best when they feel supported, informed and connected. This is a space to pause, breath and land gently into motherhood. Together we gather to share, listen and support, whilst deepening the bond between parent and child through the soothing baby reflexology techniques that help calm little nervous systems.
