Maternity Reflexology

Service Description

Maternity reflexology has many benefits; such as easing anxiety, improving sleep and complete relaxation. It could also ease morning sickness, heartburn, constipation and pelvic girdle pain. Regular reflexology can help prepare your body for labour. Your birthing partner can even learn some useful techniques to use during your labour to keep you calm and assist with pain relief. Please allow an hour for this appointment.

Cancellation Policy

At time of booking a non-refundable deposit will be taken. Cancellations within 24 hours of a reflexology appointment will lose their deposit. Cancellations or missed appointments on the day will be expected to pay the full treatment cost. If you give more than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be used to reschedule your appointment. For circles and retreats and Little Piggies Workshops, there is no refund, unless the event is cancelled.
